Ken Fiati

Fiati Senyo Kenneth is a distinguished Ghanaian actor, educator, and preacher, born in June 1974. His academic journey began at the University of Ghana, where he earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Radio, Television, and Video Production in 2006. He furthered his studies with a Master of Arts in Ministry from the Trinity Theological Seminary and is currently completing his Doctor of Ministry qualification, focusing on Communication.

Early Career and Achievements

Kenneth's professional acting career commenced in 1996 with stage performances in the Volta Region. His passion and talent led him to participate in numerous acclaimed stage plays such as Run for Your Wife, Dilemma of a Ghost, Marriage of Anansewa, Edufa, Aluta Continua, The Trial of Mallam Ilya, The Slaves, and The Prison Graduates. Over the years, he has also produced and directed various stage productions.

His breakthrough in the Ghanaian film industry came with a standout performance in the popular television series Taxi Driver. Since then, he has appeared in several notable series, including Suncity, Small World, Ultimate Stories, Trotro, and Master & 3 Maids. Among his roles, he considers his participation in the web series Tales from the Blue Bus as particularly intriguing.

Film Contributions

Kenneth's dedication to his craft has earned him recognition in major international film projects such as The Storm (2022), Scar (2023), Soil (2011), and Welcome Home (2004). In Ghanaian cinema, his performances in films like Aloe Vera (2020) and A Taste of Sin (2023) have solidified his reputation as a versatile actor.

Leadership and Advocacy

Currently, Kenneth serves as the Head of Technical for the Ghana Actors’ Guild and is an Executive Member of the Ghana Culture Forum. He founded a group for Screen Actors in Ghana to establish professional standards within the industry. His advocacy efforts include significant contributions to the Film Law Act 935 and involvement in drafting the Creative Arts Law (Act 1048). He played a crucial role as Deputy Convener for legislative instruments related to these laws.

Kenneth's multifaceted career reflects his dedication not only to performance but also to advocacy and leadership within the arts community, positioning him as a key player in advancing Ghana's cultural 

Media Engagement

In addition to his acting career, Kenneth is the Director of Programs at GAME TV, a rapidly growing television station in Accra. His previous experience includes working with Impact Media, where he honed his skills in media production.

Spiritual Leadership

An ordained Minister of the Gospel, Kenneth has been pastoring The Hope Arena of The Maker’s House Chapel in East Legon for four years. His dual commitment to both faith and art reflects his belief in using his talents to impact lives positively.

Family Life

Kenneth is a devoted husband to Mrs. Diana Ohemaa Fiati and a caring father to their three children. His family life is characterized by love and support, which he considers foundational to his success.
