The Launch was chaired by Awulae Attibrukusu III President of the Western Region House of Chiefs and Vice President, National House of Chiefs.

The launch programme, designed to promote the mainstreaming of culture in national development, sought to emphasize the important linkages between culture and different sectors of national life.
